Recently converted from 3 piece to 4 piece, Like A Motorcycle is a punk rock band from Halifax, Nova Scotia. LAM has played as direct support for such acts as Against Me!, Propagandhi, METZ, The Vibrators, Japandroids, The Pack A.D. and Danko Jones, to name a few. In the fall of 2014 they released a new single, 'Hands,' along with an award winning video in partnership with the Atlantic Film Festival 10x10 program and were nominated for two Nova Scotia Music Awards yielding them Loud Recording of the Year for their EP #Motorpool.

In January 2015, the band recorded their first full length album at award winning Soundpark Studios in Cape Breton Nova Scotia. The album's premiere single "Into The Night" was released May 8th while Like A Motorcycle was in Toronto showcasing at the Rivoli for Canadian Music Week. The record is scheduled to drop 2016 in conjunction with an extensive release tour.
